Vice City is a dark web market which takes pride in their user support and opsec. It is the newest darknet market that has wallet less orders feature and is one of the few markets that supports multisig transactions. Vice city market accepts bitcoin only but plans to implement monero in future.

Created account, the site wouldn’t let me upload my PGP key and wouldn’t let me enable 2FA. I contacted support and they didn’t respond. I sent a $20 dollars to my VC wallet and the money never got received. Stay away from this site!!

Created an account, have plenty of experience with other DW markets like Torrez and Silk Road, found what i wanted to buy, then went to my profile and copied the BTC address and sent $140 to my account. Money never reached my on site wallet, and 5 days later i have still yet to get a response from support. Apparently the trick is to not deposit to your on site wallet, but to deposit to the vendors wallet when you go to make a purchase. i think its a strategic move so that plenty of people dont have issues, so theres no overwhelming evidence they are ripping people off. Just nickle and diming free money smh. $140 lesson learned
I am a moderately experienced consumer on darkweb. I created an account quite easily, I found the site abnormally long, that should have alerted me. I knew a seller from whom I used to buy regularly: I made a deposit with the address provided by Vice in my account. The money never arrived. The support asks me to communicate the address “to investigate”… They answer 3 days after each request. Not serious / scammers / to avoid. Is Vice an accomplice to the scam or a victim. I’ll go for the first option

they claim the link i used was a phishing link but i created my account and sent my support on this same link – when going to the link they claim isn’t pshing my support order and account exist on their server

i have received 100 out of 103 orders over 3 years. Just dont be stupid and you shouldnt get scanned. its been listed as a scam market for close to a year when its been working just fine across all categories.
This is because people buy from inactive/banned or low-trust vendors. Buy from a vendor with history and sales.
its not the vendors, its the site in general. most problems with VC are the fact that if you try to deposit to your on site wallet (as i used to do with Torrez and WM) the money never appears, probably something to do with the fact that you dont have to deposit on site you can just send the funds from your normal wallet straight to the vendors.
Dnt deposit money, send rite to vendor, i do everytime and zero issue with funds

BUYER BEWARE: I am an experienced buyer and this most certainly is a scam. It’s tricky because they only scam you on certain purchases and not others, making it seem somewhat legit for the most part. Here is the trick to not get scammed if you are using this market: when you make a purchase, it will prompt you the BTC wallet address to send the money to. After going back and looking, and checking the address they had me deposit to my on site wallet with vs the vendors address when purchasing, i believe this is correct.

Yeah put an order in, paid it, and then it still said unpaid, so i messaged the vendor…, He said he never got my order. And so I redid it and after I sent the money the Bitcoin address CHANGED. These mfers are scamming you. Don’t use this . I had no problems with any other market…

I’ve used this site every week without issue across the board and dns.com for literally a year like their was never an exit scam. Never had even 1 issue transferring funds, I’ve made new accounts everything works the same idk what you degens are doing wrong but it’s not a scam market by any stretch of imagination.
