According to the police, eight minors were involved in criminal activities in several oblasts (regions).
It is noted that during the rescue operation under the code name “Spider Web”, aimed at counteracting the spread of pornographic products on the Internet, including with the participation of children. Cyber police together with investigators conducted 54 searches in various regions of Ukraine. According to the results, the persons who produced and distributed illegal content were exposed.
In total, about 6 dvds of such content were seized, including, in particular, videos with the participation of young children. According to police, the detainees distributed child pornography on the Darknet.
In Volyn region a 28 years old man abused a minor boy since 2017. He recorded all this on a mobile phone, and distributed the created content on forums in DarkNet.
Now he was declared a suspect on the grounds of Art. 301 (import, manufacture, sale and distribution of pornographic items) and Art. 153 (sexual violence) of the Criminal Code and chose a measure of restraint – detention.
And in the Vinnytsia region, a 44 years old man was exposed for molesting his young child and filming everything on camera. He then distributed pornographic content on the Internet.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a man who was hiding from the pre-trial investigation authorities in the city of Kharkiv was arrested. The man is suspected of producing and distributing pornographic content with minors.
He was involved with two women in criminal activities who gave him their young children, born in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010, to create photos and videos of a sexual nature. The mothers were detained in December last year.
And the organizer of criminal activity was declared on suspicion under Art. 152 (rape) and Art. 301 (import, manufacture, sale and distribution of pornographic items) of the Criminal Code, and also chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the right to bail in the amount of 161 thousand UAH.
A 28-year-old resident of Bakhmach was also exposed in the Chernihiv region for creating and distributing pornographic images with the participation of his 2014-born relative on private forums and web resources.
The same operation was carried out in Kherson, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Ternopil and Rivne regions. According to its results, people who distributed child pornography on the Internet were arrested.
In addition, an indictment was filed against a 19-year-old Kyiv resident suspected of administering a child porn channel in a messenger app. He posted pornographic material involving children and the rape of young girls.
